Please be aware that ingesting certain substances may neutralize your remedy. Camphor, coffee, and marijuana should be avoided. Take your remedy on a “neutral” mouth,
and after and away from coffee.
Substances that smell like eucalyptus usually contain camphor (i.e., Carmex, Vick’s Vapo Rub, Tea Tree Oil, Icy Hot, etc.) and should be avoided while taking a remedy. Please store your remedy out of the heat, light, and away from aromatic substances such as perfumes and incense.
I. Remedy instructions for a Dry Dose (Pellets)
How to take your remedy
Avoid food, drink or brushing your teeth for at least 10 minutes before and after taking the remedy.
Avoid touching the remedy pellets. Place them directly under your tongue from the vial cap or from a folded post-it note. If your pellets come in a small envelope, pour them directly from the envelope under your tongue.
Let the remedy dissolve.
Take notes or remember remedy reactions as they arise.
Follow your prescriber’s recommendations for size and frequency of dose.
If adverse reactions follow, pause the remedy and contact your prescriber for further instructions.
II. Remedy Instructions for a Liquid Dose (C-Potency)
How to take your remedy
Avoid food, drink or brushing your teeth for at least 10 minutes before and after taking the remedy.
Succuss the bottle 7-10 times. Succuss means to hit the bottle against the palm of your hand. Give it a good hard whack from a distance of about 2 feet.
Take one teaspoon full.
If you have no adverse effects after 24 hours, continue taking one teaspoon full of the remedy every day.
If you do have any adverse effects or strong symptoms, stop taking the remedy and contact the prescriber.
If you experience any strong symptoms after you have taken the remedy for a few days, please contact your prescriber.
In any case, contact your prescriber 10 days after you started the remedy to give an update.
III. Remedy Instructions for a Liquid Dose (LM, aka, Q Potencies or 50-Millesimal Potencies)
How to take your remedy
Avoid food, drink or brushing your teeth for at least 10 minutes before and after taking the remedy.
Succuss the bottle 7-10 times. Succuss means to hit the bottle against the palm of your hand. Give it a good hard whack from a distance of about 2 feet.
Dilute 1 tsp. of the remedy from the bottle in 4-oz. of distilled, spring, or purified water.
Stir the solution vigorously.
Take 1 tsp. from the cup.
Discard the remaining solution from the cup.
If you have no adverse effects after 24 hours, continue taking the remedy every day, repeating steps 1-6 above.
Contact your prescriber 5 days after starting the remedy and give them an update.
